A Massage Envy masseuse, who was accused of attempted rape and pleaded guilt to sexual battery, was sentenced to 270 days in jail, three years probation and restitution.

Mark Pergil Valenzon, 35, pleaded guilty to sexual battery and pleaded no contest to touching an intimate part of another person at Newport Harbor Justice Center May 11.

Valenzon was accused of attempted forcible rape and intent to commit a sexual offense by a victim known as Jane Doe No. 1 in court records. She alleged that on a May 8, 2011 visit to the Massage Envy at 610 N. Coast Hwy. Valenzon pulled down her underwear and exposed his genitals to her. She also said in her civil suit that the parlor staff ignored her screams and a complaint she left with the front desk.
