David Axelrod makes bet to shave mustache

On MSNBC's 'Morning Joe,' David Axelrod said he would shave his mustache of 40 years if Obama loses Minnesota, Michigan or Pennsylvania on election day and host Joe Scarborough said he would grow a mustache if Obama wins Florida or North Carolina.
