The Internet is full of time-lapse videos of California cities, so what’s so special about the latest San Francisco video from photographer Toby Harriman? For one thing, it was scored by a 14-year-old living in Britain. Secondly, Harriman shot the video on black and white film -- for years. The result is a dramatic, rather theatrical, video of San Francisco. City Lab
