A Lancaster man has been arrested in the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman after she left work at the Westfield Topanga Mall on July 4, L.A. police said Friday.

Kioki Ray Snowden, 19, was taken into custody Thursday and his bail was set at $1 million, authorities said. Police searched his home, where they collected evidence, they said.
