Audi’s lineup of compact luxury A3 models is multiplying into a full-blown family, with the latest A3 and S3 notchback sedans plus the A3 Cabriolet and A3 E-Tron Sportback all making North American auto show debuts downtown.

In fact, within a year the German company will boast three times more A-segment models than it currently offers, including three body styles, five unique engines and seven variants.

Lightweight, agile and efficient (up to an estimated 156 mpg in its plug-in hybrid E-Tron incarnation), the 2105 A3 also offers groundbreaking infotainment including 4G LTE high-speed wireless connectivity available across the lineup upon introduction next spring and, on top-tier packages, you get sound by Bang & Olufsen, plus the wonderfully intuitive Multi Media Interface navigation system.
