It’s Mom’s special day, so maybe make someone else cook and do the dishes. Here are some places offering Mother’s Day specials this year.

Cafe Sevilla in Long Beach will have a nine-course tapas menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. priced at $29.50 per adult. The menu includes a glass of Champagne or sangria. The menu is priced at $14.95 for children age 12 and younger. There will also be live entertainment. All mothers will receive flowers and a “Sounds of Sevilla†music CD. Carbon Beach Club at the Malibu Beach Inn will have a three-course menu priced at $75 per person. Mar’sel will serve a three-course prix-fixe menu for $85 per adult and $45 per child. You can add bottomless mimosas for $35. Catalina Kitchen will start serving brunch at 9 a.m. Brunch is $85 for adults, $35 for children and free for children 4 and under. Bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys will be available for an additional $20. Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air will have a three-course brunch with a dessert buffet. The brunch and dessert buffet price for adults is $145 and $65 for children age 12 and younger.
