There’s no shortage of make-at-home meal delivery kits that include everything you’ll need to cook dinner at home. And now, there’s a make-at-home smoothie delivery service. And yes, it’s all organic, non-GMO and vegan.

Green Blender is a smoothie delivery service that started on the East Coast and has just expanded to Los Angeles. Once you join the club, you’re delivered five smoothie recipes and enough ingredients to make 10 12-ounce smoothies each week.

The ingredients are portioned, so all you’ll need is a blender, some water and ice.

The company was started by Amir Cohen and Jenna Tanenbaum. Tanenbaum is the author of the New York fitness blog Urban Fitopia and also worked in marketing at ClassPass, the popular fitness-class membership program.

Like many of the make-at-home meal delivery services, Green Blender is a subscription service. You can purchase a 12-box subscription priced at $39 a box, a four-box subscription priced at $44 a box, or a week-to-week subscription priced at $49 a box.

Some of the smoothies include honey bok choy made with baby bok choy, honeydew, kiwi, pomegranate powder and cashews; an orange ginger smoothie made with spinach, tangerines, banana, ginger, mesquite and hemp seeds; and a chocolate peanut butter “milkshake†smoothie made with banana, jicama, avocado, peanut butter and cacao powder.

There are times when you skip to get a smoothie after the gym in your workout clothes. Then there are times when you’re hungover in bed and you just wish a smoothie fairy would magically appear in your doorway. This is for the latter.
