The U.S. Postal Service is cutting out Saturday deliveries to save money, but it also has come up with a new revenue stream. Officials announced a new licensed apparel line called “Rain Heat & Snow†-- a riff on the postal service’s unofficial motto (“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stay these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed roundsâ€).
