Newcomer Shanice Williams portrays Dorothy in a cast that includes Stephanie Mills (who played the original Dorothy in the Broadway staging), Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo, Amber Riley, David Alan Grier and Common. 8 p.m. NBC
