NCIS: Los Angeles Sam (LL Cool J) is arrested for murder and Deeks and Kensi (Eric Christian Olsen, Daniela Ruah) discover the victim had a connection to someone from Sam’s past. Chris O’Donnell stars in and directs this new episode. 10 p.m. CBS
The Blacklist The murder of a nuclear scientist from Iran sparks a revenge plot that puts an American in danger in this new episode. Waleed F. Zuaiter guest stars with James Spader and Megan Boone. 10 p.m. NBC
Independent Lens The new episode “Powerless” from filmmakers Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa, documents a city in India with an unstable power supply where a maverick electrician tries to restore the “juice” to the impoverished who desperately need it. 10 p.m. KOCE
