Supergirl Italia Ricci makes her debut on this superheroe series as another assistant hired by Cat (Calista Flockhart), setting up a competition with Kara (Melissa Benoist) — whose alter-ego is battling a villain known as the Master Jailer (Jeff Branson). 8 p.m. CBS
Superstore When Amy (America Ferrera) calls corporate to talk about maternity leave for employees, Jonah (Ben Feldman) sends everyone into a frenzy by mentioning unions in the season finale of the workplace comedy. 8 p.m. NBC
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) tries to patch things up with Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III), by working on a case that she hopes will help repair things with him. 8 p.m. KTLA
The X-Files The limited-run revival of the series ends with a new episode written and directed by the show’s creator, Chris Carter. Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, Annabeth Gish and Joel McHale star. 8 p.m. Fox
Kids Baking Championship Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman cheer on the three remaining bakers as they battle it out for the title in the season finale. 8 p.m. Food
Telenovela Ana (Eva Longoria) gets an invitation from Xavi (Jencarlos Canela) to discuss their relationship, but he doesn’t show up and she freaks out a little bit in the season finale. 8:30 p.m. NBC
Scorpion Penn Jillette is back in his guest role as a counselor trying to help Walter and Toby (Elyes Gabel, Eddie Kaye Thomas) resolve their differences in the new episode. Jadyn Wong and Katharine McPhee also star. 9 p.m. CBS
The Biggest Loser All 16 contestants reunite for one last weigh-in in the season finale. 9 p.m. NBC
Lucifer Lucifer (Tom Ellis) wants Chloe (Lauren German) to investigate a shooting at a fashion show. 9 p.m. Fox
