Monumental Mysteries The second season of this series about curious landmarks kicks off in Margate, N.J., home of Lucy the elephant, a 65-foot-tall wood-and-tin pachyderm constructed in 1881 as a gimmick to sell real estate. 9 p.m. Travel
VICE In the season finale, the high-tech future of police work — which includes microphones that detect and locate gunshots and automatic license-plate readers — is on display in Camden, N.J., one of the country’s poorest and most violent cities. 11 p.m. HBO
