Comedy Central renews ‘Drunk History,’ ‘Tosh.0’ and ‘Review’

Comedy Central won’t be sobering up anytime soon.

On Tuesday, the network announced renewals for seven series, including “Drunk History.†The boozy reenactment show will return for a fourth season in September.

To the delight of comedy nerds everywhere, the network also announced that “Review,†which stars Andy Daly as a professional critic who reviews everyday experiences, will return for a third season. The bad news is it will also be the show’s last.

The long-running viral-video show “Tosh.0†will also be back for a ninth season. The series, hosted by comedian Daniel Tosh, recently celebrated its 200-episode milestone.

The late-night storytelling show “This Is Not Happening†will return for a third season.

The network also ordered an additional season of the digital series “Alternatino,†“Nothin’s Easy,†“Questionable Scienceâ€; it has extended the first season of “Not Safe With Nikki Glaser†by an additional 10 episodes.

Comedy Central previously announced renewals for Season 5 of “Inside Amy Schumer,†Seasons 4 and 5 of “Broad City,†Seasons 6 and 7 of “Workaholics†and Seasons 20-23 of “South Park.â€

The network will make its presentation before advertisers, media buyers and journalists on Thursday in New York.
