So You Think You Can Dance The focus was on the top female finalists; this week it’s the men’s turn to be paired with All-Stars. Judges Vanessa Hudgens, Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy critique their performances. Cat Deeley is the host. 8 p.m. Fox

Salvation President Mackenzie (Tovah Feldshuh) wants to unite the country, but the hackers known as ReSyst escalate their efforts. Santiago Cabrera, Jennifer Finnigan, Charlie Rowe, Jacqueline Byers, Ian Anthony Dale and Ashley Thomas also star. 9 p.m. CBS

Dietland Plum (Joy Nash) continues to blur the lines between bravery and outright recklessness as she tries to delve deeper into the psychologically fractured and aggressively perilous world of the terrorist group known as Jennifer. Julianna Margulies, Tamara Tunie, Robin Weigert and Adam Rothenberg also star. 9 p.m. AMC

Drain the Oceans This new episode considers the possible fate of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which went missing in 2014. 9 p.m. National Geographic

Man v. Food Casey Webb heads to Cincinnati to see if he can take down an enormous 8-pound, double-crusted pizza in 30 minutes; along the way, he encounters a beautiful cheeseburger at a 200-year-old bar and a massive tray of Cincy-style chili. 9 p.m. Travel

Elementary When Holmes and Watson (Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy Liu) investigate a relocation expert’s poisoning, they discover that he had a secret career as a professional assassin. Joaquim de Almeida guest stars. 10 p.m. CBS

POV: Whose Streets? The story of the death of Michael Brown, an unarmed teenager whose 2014 killing by police in Ferguson, Mo., led to an uprising, is recounted in this new documentary. The story is told largely in the words of activists who mobilized in the wake of the murder, fueled in large part by the belief that Brown had his hands up as if to say, “Don’t shoot.” 10 p.m. KOCE

Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story In this six-part documentary series, filmmakers Jenner Furst and Julia Willoughby Nason reexamine the 2012 racially charged incident in which an unarmed black teenager was shot and killed by neighborhood watch member within a gated Florida community. 10 p.m. BET and Paramount

Ridiculous Cakes “My Little Pony” comes to life in cake for a lucky little girl’s horse-themed birthday party in this new episode. 10 p.m. Food Network

Blood Money This new five-episode documentary series follows a group of young adult brothers as they try to prove they’re capable of taking over the family business. 10:03 p.m. History

Love & Bananas: An Elephant Story Actress and filmmaker Ashley Bell makes a poignant plea to save the endangered Asian elephant through the compelling story of a single animal, a 70-year-old elephant shown being rescued from an exhausting and harsh life giving rides to tourists in Thailand, in this 2018 documentary. 9 p.m. Starz
