Drake releases new single ‘0 to 100 / The Catch Up’

Maybe all of Drake’s lint-rolling was preparation to look good for a new album?
The singer, rapper and diligent sartorialist on Monday released a new single, “0 to 100 / The Catch Up,” that openly teases the prospect of a new LP.
The single is a typically moody and reverbed-out cut in which Drake lays out plans for the coming year: “Listen up boy you’re better off eavesdroppin’ / We already got spring 2015 poppin’... not to mention me droppin.”
It’s a saltier departure from his great and still-inescapable R&B burner “Hold On We’re Going Home,” but suggests he’s already eager for his next turn.
The single is the latest in a flurry of new releases on his October’s Very Own site. Previous recent cuts include “Days In The East” and the Lauryn Hill-sampling “Draft Day.”
Listen to the single (which is liberally dusted in cursing, just FYI) at his OvO Soundcloud site.
