The hospitalization is the latest in the rocker’s ongoing health-related issues. Last month, the 70-year-old postponed the entire U.K. and European leg of his “No More Tours 2†tour with Judas Priest on doctors’ orders. This, after he postponed a few shows because of the flu.

Osbourne was recently diagnosed with a severe upper-respiratory infection, which his doctors felt could develop into pneumonia given the physicality of the live performances and an extensive travel schedule throughout Europe in harsh winter conditions, his team said in a statement on Jan. 29.

“I’m completely devastated for having to postpone the European leg of my tour. It just seems that since October everything I touch has turned to .... First the staph infection in my thumb and now coming down with the flu and bronchitis,†the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer said in a statement at the time.
