Steve Jobs film starring Ashton Kutcher set to premiere at Sundance
A biopic of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs starring Ashton Kutcher is set to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend, then open in theaters on April 19.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the film’s opening date in theaters was chosen to mark Apple’s 37th anniversary. However, as 9 to 5 Mac reports, the actual date of the anniversary is April 1.

The movie, titled “jOBS,†also stars Josh Gad from NBC’s “1600 Penn†as Apple’s other co-founder, Steve Wozniak.
The movie chronicles “the defining 30 years†of Jobs’ life, according to a description from producers.
As for the other big film about Jobs, to be written by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, there’s still no release date or casting announcements.
