Justin Bieber to take anger-management course as part of DUI plea deal

International pop star Justin Bieber may agree to take an anger management course as part of a plea deal for his Miami Beach DUI arrest earlier this year.
The driving under the influence charge is expected to be dropped Wednesday, and Bieber’s lawyers will accept a guilty plea on his behalf for careless driving and resisting an officer without violence, the Miami Herald reports.
As part of the legal deal, Bieber will have to attend a 12-hour anger-management course, through private classes, The Herald reports.
Bieber is not required, nor anticipated, to attend the Wednesday hearing.
Bieber was arrested in January after police witnessed a drag racing incident involving Lamborghinis late at night.
Bieber smelled of alcohol and had glassy eyes while he cussed out police officers during the traffic stop, according to the police report.
