Model-actor-home remodeler Jason Shaw has listed his reinvented contemporary in the Hollywood Hills West area for $3.65 million.
Built in 1992, the three-level house features a floating-style staircase, high ceilings, glass walls that slide out of sight and touch-pad controls for sound, lighting, temperature and security. There are three bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and 4,100 square feet of living space. The rooftop deck has 360-degree views that take in the canyon, ocean and city vistas.
Shaw, 38, has modeled for Versace, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. His work as an actor includes stints on “Charmed” (2003-6) and “Third Watch” (2004-5).
Public records show he bought the property in 2010 for $925,000. Shaw, who has a passion for architecture and design, was actively involved in the renovation.
