Wayne Brady looks to deal in Pacific Palisades

Actor, comedian and game show host Wayne Brady has put his three-bedroom condominium in Pacific Palisades on the market for $1.95 million.
Brady bought the ocean-view unit at the Rockwell residences about a year and a half ago for $1.75 million, records show.
Polished concrete walls, reclaimed white oak floors and rows of skylights lend an industrial quality to the two-story floor plan. Within the 2,227 square feet of open space is an eat-in kitchen with a marble backsplash and a living/dining area. There are three full bathrooms and one half-bath.
French doors open to a terrace with Moroccan tiles and a built-in barbecue. A resident elevator runs between the unit and an underground garage.
Laura Pillar of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent.
Brady, 43, has been a recurring performer on the improv comedy show “Whose Line is it Anyway?” and hosts the game show “Let’s Make a Deal.” He also hosted and produced “The Wayne Brady Show” in the early 2000s.
