The Palm Springs home of singer and actor Trini Lopez is for sale at $1.575 million.

Lopez, 80, gained fame in the 1960s for his hit adaptations of “If I Had a Hammer†and “Lemon Tree.†He also had a turn on the silver screen, appearing in the film classic “The Dirty Dozen†(1967) and the comedy “The Phynx†(1970).

The Midcentury home, built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1961, is on the market after being slightly damaged by fire last year.
