Shannen Doherty has listed a house she owns in Malibu for sale at $2.495 million.

The kitchen has a breakfast area that’s open to a family room with a fireplace and ocean views. Sliding glass doors open to a wood deck and a heated lagoon-style swimming pool and spa.
The master suite has high ceilings and three closets for a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The 10,087-square-foot grounds include multiple seating areas and garden areas.
Doherty, 43, came to fame in the 1990s as Brenda Walsh on “Beverly Hills, 90210.†She went on to such series as “Charmed,†“North Shore†and “90210.†This year she’ll be in several movies including “Bukowski,†“Undateable John†and “How to Make a Deal With the Devil.â€
