Say it ain’t so: Weezer’s Scott Shriner is selling his modern treehouse in Silver Lake.

The band’s longtime bassist has listed the stylish three-bedroom spot for $2.149 million. That’s a nice little uptick from when he bought the home in 2014 for $1.725 million, records show.

Entered through a lush garden, the two-story house opens up to a bright open floor plan with wide-plank hardwood floors and wide picture windows that take in views of downtown L.A.

A freestanding fireplace sits in the corner of the living room, and across the space are a dining area and a kitchen with custom cabinetry and marble countertops.

Both floors hold a master suite, and each features sliding glass doors that open to views of the grassy backyard. A downstairs family room completes the 2,355-square-foot floor plan.

The lot also holds a patio and detached garage.

Linda Chamberlain of Nourmand & Associates is the listing agent.

Shriner, 52, joined Weezer in 2001 and first appeared on the album “Maladroit,†which came out the following year. As the group’s longest-serving bassist, he’s been on board for seven studio albums.
