‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ personality looks to cash out in Hidden Hills

Reality television personality Scott Disick has flipped his home in Hidden Hills onto the market, and stands to make a sizable profit if he gets his price.

Disick, who appears on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,†bought the East Coast-inspired Traditional on more than an acre about six months ago for $5.96 million. After making a few cosmetic updates, he’s now asking $8.8 million for the home.

Built in 1968, the two-story home of 8,110 square feet has classic curb appeal. A stone walkway leads up to the wide front of the house, which has a covered porch with lantern-style lights. A black-shingled roof and matching shutters create a visual interest next to subtle stone accents and crisp white siding.

Within the house is a formal entry, living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with two-marble-topped islands and a family room with a fireplace. Making use of space, a glass-enclosed wine closet sits beneath the staircase.

Walls of glass slide away for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The master suite has another fireplace, dual walk-in closets and a balcony that overlooks the grounds. There’s also a junior master suite for a total of seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

A swimming pool with a spa, lawns and plenty of patio space fill the 1.35-acre setting. Views take in the surrounding canyons and mountain vistas.

Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.

Disick, 33, is an on-again, off-again love interest of TV personality Kourtney Kardashian, with whom he has three children. He has appeared on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians†and various spinoffs of the series since 2007.

Last year, he sold a contemporary-style home in Beverly Crest to NBA player Russell Westbrook for $4.65 million.
