Scooter Braun, manager for such talents as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and the recently signed Black Eyed Peas, has sold his home in Hollywood Hills West for $9.5 million.

Real estate agents not authorized to comment on the sale identified the buyer as Nile Niami, the film producer and speculative real estate developer currently building a $500-million compound in Bel-Air.

Set above the Sunset Strip, the two-story Contemporary is distinguished by floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, double-height ceilings and a koi pond entry.

Within the 5,300 square feet of open space are formal living/dining rooms, a den, a home theater, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Set off from the public areas, a spiral staircase leads up to a lounge and an office centering on city, ocean and mountain views.

Outdoors, tiered grounds feature a swimming pool, a spa and a fire pit. A tented cabana with a built-in barbecue sits off to the side.

Braun, 34, formed Raymond-Braun Media Group, a joint venture with the artist Usher, in 2008.

He bought the house in 2011 for $5.7 million, records show.

Darlene Hutton and Jaisa Bishop of Partners Trust in Brentwood were the listing agents. Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Realty, represented the buyer.

Niami, whose production credits include “The Patriot†(1998) and “The Watcher†(2000), recently broke ground on a 74,000-square-foot hilltop residence that he hopes to sell for half a billion dollars. The house will include a 5,000-square-foot master suite, a 30-car garage and a “Monaco-style casino,†he told Bloomberg in May.
