Matthew Perry sells Hollywood Hills West home for $4.685 million
Actor Matthew Perry has sold his on-the-market, off-the-market house in Hollywood Hills West for $4.685 million.
Built in 1955 and reinvented as a chic contemporary, the 4,100-square-foot house features white terrazzo floors, retractable walls of glass, a home theater, a media room, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
A pool with spa, lawn, an outdoor fireplace and patio space complete the third of an acre of grounds. There are city and canyon views.
Perry, 43, played Chandler Bing on the sitcom “Friends†from 1994 to 2004. He has starred as a sportscaster on the comedy “Go On†since last year.
Public records show he bought the property in 2008 for $4.475 million.
Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust in Beverly Hills were the listing agents. John Lou of C-21 Astro represented the buyer.
