Mark Burg, executive producer of “Anger Management” from 2012-14, has sold his house in Sherman Oaks for $2.385 million.
The Tuscan-inspired home, built in 2006, contains 4,929 square feet of living space with a rotunda entry, formal dining and living rooms, a family room connected to a center-island kitchen, an office, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Wood and stone flooring, multiple balconies, stone accents, iron railings and plantation shutters are among details. A double-sided fireplace in the master suite is one of three fireplaces.
The gated and fenced grounds of about a third of an acre have a swimming pool with a spa, tall ficus hedges and several fruit trees.
Burg was an executive producer for “Two and a Half Men” (2003-12) and produced the “Saw” films. He is executive producer for the upcoming horror film “Havenhurst.”
The property last changed hands in 2006 for $2.59 million and had been listed at $2.599 million.
Steve Shrager of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Lindsay Rae Galbraith of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
