‘Between’ star Jennette McCurdy sells her hillside home in Studio City
Actress Jennette McCurdy has sold her home in Studio City for $995,000, public records show.
Set up from the street on a cul-de-sac, the two-story Mediterranean has wide terrace balconies extending from each level. Views from the property take in the surrounding mountains and treetops.
Within 2,600 square feet of open living space is a family room, two fireplaces, a den/office, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sliding doors off the master suite open to a private balcony with a hot tub.
A deck/patio, landscaping and an attached two-car garage complete the grounds.
McCurdy bought the house three years ago for $905,000, records show. In September, the median sale price for single-family homes in Studio City was $1.6 million based on 23 sales, according to CoreLogic.
Bill Wynn of ReMax Olson Estates was the listing agent. Andrew Mortaza of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
McCurdy, 24, gained fame on the Nickelodeon series “iCarly†and has also appeared on the shows “Sam & Cat†and “What’s Next For Sarah.†More recently she starred in the Netflix original series “Between.â€
