James Keach buys condo in Santa Monica for $4.4 million

James Keach, who produced and acted in “Walk the Line,” has bought a condominium in Santa Monica for $4.4 million.

The remodeled unit has high ceilings, multiple terraces and patios, a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,817 square feet of living space. The complex, built in 1990, features a swimming pool and gym. There are ocean and courtyard views.

Keach, 65, is executive producer of an upcoming documentary on country music legend Glen Campbell. He is the brother of actor Stacy Keach Jr.

James Keach and Jane Seymour announced in April that they would be getting a divorce.

Mary Lu Tuthill and Kathleen Tuthill of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents. Michael Hiatt of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Keach.
