Producer Greg Berlanti has sold his house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.45 million.
The updated Midcentury Modern-style home, built in 1948, sits at the end of a gated driveway with a swimming pool and spa. White walls, dark hardwood floors and expanses of glass give the 3,063 square feet of interior space a contemporary vibe.
A media room, a gym with a steam room, a paneled study, three bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the living areas.
Berlanti, 42, has scores of credits including the current series “The Mysteries of Laura,” “Arrow,” “The Tomorrow People” and “Flash.” He created the series “Everwood” (2002-06).
He purchased the property in 2003 for $1.8 million.
John Galich of Rodeo Realty was the listing agent. Aaron Kirman of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate and Larisa Liasova of John Aaroe Group represented the buyer.
