Actress Mila Kunis sold her home in Hollywood Hills in mid-August for $3.825 million and now it has sold again for $4,383,775. That’s a 14.6% price increase in a little more than three months.
The remodeled contemporary Mediterranean-style house was built in 1958 and sits on a gated and walled one-third-acre site. Vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, indoor-outdoor traffic flow and a security system are among the features.
A center hall, a den, a home theater, a breakfast bar, a library/study, four bedrooms and five bathrooms are part of the 4,884 square feet of living space.
Outdoor amenities include a cabana, a bar, a deck, a swimming pool and a spa. There are cityscape, valley and mountain views.
Kunis had bought the property in 2008 for $2.885 million.
Michael Tunick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties was the listing agent. William Moore IV represented the buyer.
