Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl has put his beach home in Oxnard back on the market at $2.995 million.

The nearly 3,100-square-foot house sits along the sand and takes in the ocean views. Vaulted beam ceilings add visual drama in the water-facing living room.

A state-of-the-art kitchen sits between the living and dining rooms. The master suite has a fireplace and balcony for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is garage parking for up to four vehicles.

Grohl, 46, is the frontman and a guitarist for the rock band, which recently marked the 20th anniversary of its first album. The onetime Nirvana drummer broke his leg this summer while performing on the Sonic Highways tour, named for Foo Fighters’ eighth studio album. Back touring in the U.S., Grohl is performing seated in a customized throne adorned with lights and guitar necks.
