‘Devious Maids’ star Dania Ramirez seeks $1.8 million for West Hollywood home
Dania Ramirez of “Devious Maids†fame has put her home in West Hollywood on the market for $1.799 million.
Actress Dania Ramirez and her husband, filmmaker John “Bev†Land, have put their home in the Norma Triangle area of West Hollywood up for sale at $1.799 million.
The Spanish-style house, built in 1935, features coved barrel ceilings, peg-and-groove hardwood floors and French doors that open to a central courtyard with built-in seating and a fountain feature.
A formal living room with a fireplace, a family room, an eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms are among the living spaces. Skylights and picture windows bring in natural light to the breakfast area.
Brick steps lead to a covered front porch/terrace. Striped canvas awnings and creeping vines give the single-story a romantic vibe. Tall hedges provide additional privacy.
The home last changed hands in 2000 for $590,000, property records show.
Elizabeth Keener of Sotheby’s International Realty and Rhonda Scott of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
Ramirez, 37, is known for her role as Rosie Falta on the Lifetime series “Devious Maids.†Her other credits include the shows “Entourage†and “Heroes.â€
She is set to appear in “Lycan,†an upcoming horror film co-written and directed by her husband, Land.
