Anna Faris looks to deal her secluded Midcentury retreat in Hollywood Hills
Actress Anna Faris is moving on from her Midcentury modern-style home in Hollywood Hills. The “Scary Movie†star recently listed the scenic spread for $2.5 million.
The one-story house is surrounded by dense trees on a nearly one-acre lot. Brick stairs lead from the street to the wide front entrance.
Inside, an open floor plan features hardwood floors, walls of windows and a fireplace. Within the 2,563 square feet of interior are a bright living room, dining area and large kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The beamed-ceiling master suite features sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in all.
Outside, a pool sits at the center of the densely landscaped, multi-level backyard, which also holds a stone patio and garden. Wood plank stairs bring residents up to a second patio with canyon views and a Bocce court.
Mimi Starrett of Pacific Union International holds the listing.
Following her break-through role in the “Scary Movie†films, Faris, 41, went on to star in multiple award-winning films, including “Lost in Translation†(2003) and “Brokeback Mountain†(2005). She currently stars in the CBS sitcom “Momâ€.
