‘Veep’ actress Andrea Savage sells Sherman Oaks showplace
Actress-writer Andrea Savage, who plays a senator this year on“Veep,†has sold her Sherman Oaks home for close to $2.95 million.
Set behind gates, the decked-out Mediterranean-style two-story was custom-built in 2002. She bought the property six years ago for $2.415 million.
The half-acre compound includes a swimming pool with a spa, mature trees, lawn and deck. The party-worthy home seems perfect for “The Hotwives†parody series star.
The nearly 5,900 square feet of living space looks designer done in the listing photos. There’s a two-story living room, a great room, an office, a gym, seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. A corner window in the master bathroom takes in sweeping canyon and city light views.
A three-car garage sits off the central motor court.
Savage, 43, has been in the series “Episodes†and “iZombie.†She is the creator and writer of the upcoming TV movie “I’m Sorry.â€
Jason Villard of Keller Williams Studio City was the listing agent.
