Live like Candy Spelling -- for less, in less
The “other†penthouse at the Century, a 42-story, star-studded tower where celebrity buyers include Candy Spelling, has come on the market in Century City at $15.5 million.
The furnished penthouse features a great room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room in 5,665 square feet of interior living space.
There are terraces off the great room and kitchen that offer an additional 746 square feet of outdoor space, plus there are 200 square feet or so in the elevator vestibule.

Don’t be concerned that Spelling, the widow of TV mogul Aaron Spelling, overpaid. She spent $35 million for her penthouse, but it is much larger, with 15,555 square feet of space.
The Century, with about 140 units, was developed by the Related Companies.
