Sue Grant, a visionary, founded The Literacy Project with a passion for empowering struggling readers. As a volunteer CEO, she has served over 10,500 children in Southern California, Utah, and Arizona, raising $4.45 million in funding and donating $1.9 million in reading games to promote family literacy. The goal is to scale the charity as a national force against growing illiteracy in America’s youth. Grant’s dedication has earned her accolades, including the “Businesswoman of The Year Distinction Award†and recognition as one of the “OC’s Top 50 Business Leaders with a Cause.†The Literacy Project continuously receives recognition, and her primary passion lies in serving underserved children, empowering their lives through the gift of reading.
