2011 Miss America Pageant: After several years on cable, the mother of all pageants returns to network television with lots of ABC personalities along for the ride. Chris Harrison (“The Bachelor”) and Brooke Burke (“Dancing With the Stars”) are the hosts, and the judge panel includes Joy Behar (“The View”), “Desperate Housewives” creator Marc Cherry and “Dancing With the Stars” pro Tony Dovolani (9 p.m. ABC).

Black Orpheus: Death follows a streetcar conductor and a country girl (Breno Mello, Marpessa Dawn) during Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro in director Marcel Camus’ 1959 adaptation of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice (5 p.m. TCM).
Accidental Friendship: A homeless woman (Chandra Wilson) and a police officer (Kathleen Munroe) forge an unlikely bond in this 2008 tear-jerker (7 p.m. Hallmark).
Missing: The wife and father (Sissy Spacek, Jack Lemmon) of a young activist (John Shea) launch a desperate search for him in director Constantin Costa-Gavras’ 1982 drama (7 p.m. TCM).

College basketball: Arizona State at Arizona (11:30 a.m. FSN); UCLA at Oregon (2 p.m. FS Prime); Pacific at Long Beach State (8 p.m. FS Prime).
