SalsaFest
When, where: Sept. 24 and 25, Safford Town Square
Highlights: Hot-air balloons, Chihuahua races and skydivers headline the annual family-friendly event, alongside salsa dancing, salsa-making, tastings, chile roasting and eating contests.
