Community: In this new episode, Dean Pelton (Jim Rash) is going over class schedules and discovers that Jeff (Joel McHale) has listed one that doesn’t exist, but a mystery man (Kevin Corrigan) says there is such a class, he teaches it, and Jeff is in it, which is all news to Jeff (8 p.m. NBC).
Bones: An event for a candymaker (Wayne Knight) turns bitter when human remains are discovered in the world’s largest chocolate bar, in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).
The Mentalist: Jane (Simon Baker, who also directed this new episode) works with a local astrologer who insists on helping the team with a triple homicide involving two cops and Red John. Robin Tunney, Owain Yeoman, Tim Kang and Amanda Righetti also star (10 p.m. CBS).
Austin City Limits: Steve Martin plays the banjo with the Steep Canyon Rangers in this new episode that also features bluegrass musician Sarah Jarosz (10 p.m. KVCR).
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: In New York, nerves are raw on the day of Kelsey Grammer’s Broadway opening of “La Cage aux Folles,†but the women try to sweep their problems under the rug in this new episode (10 p.m. Bravo).
Burn Notice: After a malicious thief returns to Miami, Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) has little choice but to work with an enemy to keep a lethal chemical weapon out of the wrong hands in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving: In this 1973 animated special, the pressure is on for Charlie Brown after pushy Peppermint Patty decides she and the gang will have Thanksgiving dinner at “Chuck’s†house, in this annual holiday treat (8 p.m. ABC).
