Stabbing: A California Briefing item in the Feb. 14 California section about two men who fatally stabbed a man outside Barney’s Beanery reported that they pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter. Justin Michael Acosta, 35, pleaded no contest to one count of involuntary manslaughter; and Damon Gerardo Acevado, 36, pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter.
