Burbank Burroughs (12-3, 5-1) at Arcadia (14-3, 5-1)
Tonight at 7.
Why it matters: Two of the three teams tied for first place in the Pacific League meet in what should be a pitchers’ duel. Arcadia, which started the season winning its first 12 games, relies on senior Bryce Rutherford, who is 5-1 with a 1.75 earned-run average and 57 strikeouts in 36 innings. Burroughs is expected to use sophomore Ryne Kahikina, who is 5-0. Arcadia won the first meeting, 2-1, on March 17. Burroughs’ top hitter is senior A.J. Dupre, batting .468 with three home runs.
