Dance history in the making

WHAT a terrific piece [on dancer-teacher Arsen Serobian] by the L.A. Times’ excellent dance critic, Lewis Segal [“It’s All Dance, All the Time,” Feb. 24]. The guy is knowledgeable and has a great writing style! Too often in showbiz, we lose talented performers, whose artistic vision and skills inspire generations of others like the Moiseyev Dance Company, and are left with missed opportunities. Bravo, Arsen Serobian, for taking a leap of faith and capturing the thought processes and backgrounds of those whose lives are spent in making the magic that can capture an audience’s heart for a lifetime.
