Accused boyfriend is held on bond

Suspended police officer Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend and her nearly full-term fetus, made his first court appearance and was ordered held on $5-million bond. Jessie Davis, 26, was missing for about a week before her body was found Saturday. Myisha Ferrell, 29, accused of lying to investigators, was ordered held on $500,000 bond.
