Boeing raises airliner prices 5.6%

Boeing Co. raised airliner prices about 5.6% on average to compensate for rising material and labor costs.
The price of a 747-8 rose to a range of $285.5 million to $300 million from $272.5 million to $282.5 million, while the 777 300ER climbed to a range of $250 million to $279 million from $237 million to $264.5 million, according to Boeing’s website.
