Deputies responding to a report of a fight at a park Wednesday found two men with stab wounds. A 39-year-old man died and a 32-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition, said Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Mike Metzler.
Authorities did not release their names pending notification of relatives.
On Thursday, Metzler said investigators were still trying to sort out what caused the fight and if any charges should be filed.
The incident occurred about 9:30 p.m. at Forester Street and Camino Capistrano.
