Good buzz for a tour’s buses

About the bus special to Las Vegas, Laughlin, Lake Havasu and the Grand Canyon [“The $99 Special,” May 20]: I was surprised that the bus Rosemary McClure rode on was not in good condition.
My wife and I have taken the same tour several times to take visitors from Australia and the Philippines, but the buses were well kept and in good condition.
