Money as art: Self-portraits of Mexico’s most famous artists, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, will appear back-to-back on the country’s 500-peso bill beginning in 2009, a Mexican central bank official said Wednesday. They’ll take over from Gen. Ignacio Zaragoza, who defeated a French invasion force in an 1862 battle.
