Toll Rises to 130 as Fighting Continues

An Islamist force continued battling secular warlords for control of the northern half of Mogadishu, the Somalian capital, and the number of dead rose to at least 130.
Most of the victims have been civilians caught in the crossfire. Mogadishu residents described the clashes as the worst fighting in more than a decade.
