5 Suspected Rebels, 2 Britons Die in Attack

Two British soldiers were killed in an attack in the Sangin district of Helmand province, the British Defense Ministry said. Five suspected militants also died.
Militants also ambushed an Afghan army patrol about 20 miles north of Sangin, said Gen. Rahmatullah Roufi, the Afghan army commander in southern Afghanistan. Two Afghan soldiers and 11 Taliban insurgents were killed, he said.
